Mashed potatoes with mushrooms and brussels sprouts

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes

  • 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms

  • 1/2 cup of chopped Brussels sprouts

  • 1/4 cup of Raw milk

  • 2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Rinse them thoroughly in cold water.

  • Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender.

  • While the potatoes are boiling, heat a pan over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms and chopped Brussels sprouts. Sauté them for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.

  • Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the sautéed mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.

  • Mash the mixture with a potato masher or fork until it reaches your desired consistency.

  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
