Mashed potatoes with mushrooms and brussels sprouts
Ingredients you’ll need:
4 medium-sized potatoes
1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of chopped Brussels sprouts
1/4 cup of Raw milk
2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Rinse them thoroughly in cold water.
Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender.
While the potatoes are boiling, heat a pan over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms and chopped Brussels sprouts. Sauté them for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add the sautéed mushrooms and Brussels sprouts, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
Mash the mixture with a potato masher or fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
